Before coming to London for my holidays I had been in New Zealand for the first day of spring, and it was a beauty! So warm, not a cloud in the sky, and a cool breeze; everything you always hope for spring to be! It’s a joy to see those spring feels reflected in the designs hitting the shelves too, such as in the weekly shop updates from Review. I have tried to bring as many things with me on my trip to London as I can to shoot for the blog, to make the most of the new and exciting locations! One such dress is the Anna Marie swing dress from one of my most beloved labels, Stop Staring. I have been delighted by the flowers that line the streets here, and when we came across these bright red planter boxes and huge red door we knew this was the perfect place to capture this dress.

Wearing a form-fitting dress is always daunting for me; I’m so used to wearing poofy skirts everyday that it feels so different! Any weight gain I have always goes straight to my lower tummy so it’s something I feel self-conscious about and I will shy away from wiggle dresses as there’s nowhere to hide.
