Anna Marie dress│Stop Staring!

I have tried to bring as many things with me on my trip to London as I can to shoot for the blog, to make the most of the new and exciting locations! One such dress is the Anna Marie swing dress from one of my most beloved labels, Stop Staring. I have been delighted by the flowers that line the streets here, and when we came across these bright red planter boxes and huge red door we knew this was the perfect place to capture this dress.

The Anna Marie features a fitted bodice and full gathered skirt, with dainty cap sleeves and a sweet little bow at the collar. The dress zips up the back, and falls to a couple of inches below the knee. The swarms of red polka dots are offset by the bright midnight blue of the fabric. It’s all the little details that make the Anna Marie dress not quite as simple as it seems at first glance, and transform it into a truly chic wardrobe staple. I am crossing my fingers for more prints and colourways of this style as I could easily wear it everyday!

I’ve had an excellent track record of sizing with Stop Staring, and the Anna Marie too fits excellently. I’m wearing my usual size XS, and the measurements for this size match up exactly to my own. This style is made from Stop Staring’s signature millennium fabric, so it has a reasonable amount of stretch and sits really comfortably. The waist panel gives an especially flattering fit to the dress, as it really cinches your waist while curving under the bust line.

Recently released on the Stop Staring website, you can purchase the Anna Marie dress directly here for $174USD, or in person if it’s held by any stockists. Only a handful of XS to L sizes are left in stock, so best to get in quick as this dress is popular! International shipping is available, and it’s super speedy.
