I have been living in my beloved Charlie Stone Shoes all summer, so I’m delighted to be showcasing another pair on the blog today! The Firenze in red patent is one of Sam’s newer vegan styles, a non-leather alternative that still carries all the elegance and quality of the Charlie Stone brand. See how I styled them below!
I can just imagine strolling around wearing the Firenze flats in the gorgeous and romantic Italian city they’re named after! These beauties are all vegan but made with the highest quality materials to ensure they look and feel as close to leather as possible. They feature cut-out detailing at the front (I think it looks like butterfly wings!), a T-strap, and side buckle closure. I styled the Firenze flats in an all-red ensemble, as I knew they’d be a perfect match with my vintage Victor Josselyn dress! I’m also really looking forward to using them through autumn and winter to add a pop of colour to my darker outfits. I’m wearing my usual size 37 (I take a US 6.5 or a UK 4) and the fit is fantastic; I am always aware that with any pair of new shoes, even the ever-comfy styles from Charlie Stone, they’ll need a couple of wears to break in, but I was pleasantly surprised that for a full day of first wear (and thereafter) I didn’t need any plasters or get any blisters with this pair! Dream shoes indeed!
