Bonnie dress│Hearts and Found

If you’re a pin-up or vintage lady on a budget, I cannot recommend Hearts and Found enough. Marjorie and her team let you choose your perfect dress from a range of designs and fabrics, made exactly to your measurements, so it’s a great way to build your wardrobe while embracing your unique style! Continuing with my plaid theme, this time I’m showcasing the Bonnie dress in “Plaid Tidings” print – click below to see more.

I’d initially ordered this dress with Christmas in mind, but it’s a style that works all year round! It’s a light cotton but fully lined, so perfect for a warm summer day or easy to pop a cardigan over in winter. The Bonnie style features a big bow at the neck which I absolutely adore, and the traditional huge pockets of H&F dresses. And the fabulous plaid print paired with my straw hat and gloves makes me feel like a Southern belle! Ordering a custom made dress can initially seem like a daunting prospect, particularly when thinking about price. But as Hearts and Found only start making your dress when you order, they’re happy to create it using your exact measurements at no extra cost – and with prices around £75/$100USD per piece, that cost is already so budget-friendly. And high quality is guaranteed! With all Hearts and Found dresses I am always so impressed at how well made they are, and they wash and wear so easily.
