I love seeing what new designs my favourite brands are coming out with as they get closer to their summer season, especially Karina Dresses! Known for creating classic signature prints, they’ve produced another gem this season with the Lovey Dovey print, which I’ve chosen to style for this blog post in the Ruby dress. As soon as I saw there was a print with yellow in it this season,  I had to have it! The lovey dovey print features the sweetest yellow flowers with white stems and leaves atop a grey background. I was worried that the grey might wash me out, but it’s an uplifting warm shade of grey which means the floral print is the focus of the design. The Ruby dress is my favourite Karina Dresses style, with that faux-wrap front and waist tie that makes it universally flattering.

I’ve gone with my tried and true size XS in the Ruby dress, and it’s perfect! The Karina Dresses size chart is always super accurate and each dress has plenty of stretch to mould to your body shape. The microfibre fabric is so breathable and comfy, and also means these beauties are really quick-dry!
