Lindy Bop is constantly bringing out more and more stunning and fun new releases, with such quirky prints and flattering styles! This UK-based brand is dedicated to keeping you stylish while not breaking the bank, so what’s not to love? I am massively nerdy about music (I even have a degree in it!), so as soon as I saw the Christie dress in music print amongst their new releases I was basically drooling. Read on to find out more about this amazing dress below!
One of Lindy Bop’s newer styles, the Christie dress is a charming off-the-shoulder number that is just the right combo of flirty and fun. The cotton/elastine blend fabric is inky black with an awesome musical note pattern scattered across it, and it’s fully lined. I love how Lindy Bop also really focuses on the details, from the high quality structure of the design to the bows on the shoulders and pockets (yassss!) at the sides. The skirt is pleated and full, falling a little below the knee. The Christie dress is especially perfect for the holiday season, dancing, or a concert, but really could be worn anytime to make you feel fabulous and get heads turning!
Catering for a range of sizes and body types, Lindy Bop’s sizing ranges from UK8-26 in all styles. As I’m usually a UK6, this meant I went with a UK8 in the Christie dress as this was the smallest size available and so I was expecting it to be a little roomy on me. However, I was pleasantly surprised as I only needed a little waist cinching (and I would always wear a belt anyway) and the dress didn’t feel too big at all. The combination of the sleek fit and off-shoulder design had me feeling particularly elegant – I could definitely twirl the night away in this dress!
Being a new release, the Christie dress is currently available in all sizes via the Lindy Bop website for £44. Shipping is free within the UK for orders over £70, and international shipping will never exceed £12. My parcel made its way all the way here to New Zealand in record time (within a week!), so I can confirm that shipping is speedy!

Thank you so much firstly to Jasmine and the Lindy Bop team for this collaboration! Secondly, thank you to Janette for letting us shoot in her driveway to make the most of these beautiful pink roses, and for being so kind as to let me take some photos with her incredible lucite purse! She even moved her car out of the carport so it wouldn’t be in the background of our shots, how lovely is that? And finally thank you to @cmjsnz for taking these pictures and sharing my vision for all of these roses.
