Just when you thought they might be taking a break for the holidays, Erstwilder have got us hurriedly penning letters to Santa so that he can leave us something from their new range just in time for Christmas! You’ve commented, they’ve listened, and a collection of 10 brooches and 2 sets of earrings have been brought back as recoloured favourites. But when they’re all favourites, how do you choose? See the results of my tough choice below!

Girlberta Galah brooch

A previous incarnation of Girlberta Galah was one of my first Erstwilder brooches – when my mum found out how much I loved their designs she got me one on a trip to Australia! Since then this cheeky cockatoo is a brooch I’ve kept coming back to, so I was super excited to find I wasn’t the only one to call her a favourite as she’s been brought back again. This time she’s been recoloured in a darker lipstick pink, with a lighter pink crest and marbled grey wings. She’s definitely quieter than a real galah, but just as beautiful!

Spiffy the Sausage Dog brooch

How smart, or dare I say spiffy, is this little chap? With his refined air and snazzy bow tie, this sure is one dapper Dachshund. Spiffy the Sausage Dog is certainly a popular guy, with this being at least his tenth recolour in the history of Erstwilder! This time he’s been rendered in a solid mint green resin, with black ears and hand-drawn features plus a glittery pink bow tie. Complete with cute little legs and such a sweet face, how could you resist Spiffy?

Madame Amore brooch

Madame Amore definitely knows a thing or two about style! This elegant pooch has well-groomed snow white fur, trimmed with marbled pink and black resin and a bright purple bow. Having previously been seen in classic combos of red, black, and white, this latest recolour shows that Madame Amore is really branching out. Erstwilder have created a number of well-loved poodles over the years in varying poses and colours, so if you’re a poodle lover or just a poodle brooch lover then you’ll want to be quick to add this new version of Madame to your collection.
