I’m feeling well into the spring spirit thanks to Vivien of Holloway! Having already given their Grace dress in pink freesias a test drive recently (check that out here), I’m even more prepared for warm weather with their sarong and bolero set in orange garland print. Not going to lie, I was really unsure about how it would look on me, but it makes me feel like a tropical goddess! Click below to see more pics and for my fit advice.

You’ll hardly ever see me in a wiggle dress here or on my IG because, well, I just get really nervous about wearing them! I’d say I’m kind of pear shaped, so if a dress fits me on top then it’s highly likely it won’t on the bottom – something I know a lot of other ladies out there struggle with too. I ordered my usual size in this set, and at Vivien of Holloway they use measurements, so I’m a 32-24-36. As my hips are more like 38″ I was really worried about the fit, but when I checked with the lovely Marie at VoH she reassured me that this dress is magical, and she was right! The stretch in the fabric and the wrap style of the skirt is the best combo to make sure it hugs in all the right places and fits perfectly. While I would say go with your usual size in this set, if in doubt don’t hesitate to contact the lovely VoH customer team though as they’ll give you the most spot on sizing. I couldn’t have felt more confident in this set and was so pleasantly surprised. In addition, the top is structured with boning to give you that ultimate hourglass shape, and the bolero is such a cute addition if you’re still feeling a little anxious, which even in a knock-out dress like this we still might from time to time! I am also in love with the print, the pink and yellow combo on a background of the most delicious bright orange is so stunning and honestly the icing on the cake of a set that has me feeling a million bucks. Be prepared to turn heads in this set!
