As part of the new #myclassic campaign, Daniel Wellington are asking: what does classic mean to you? As a lover of 1950s style, for me it’s getting dressed up in one of my favourite outfits and feeling fancy! I did just that with one of DW’s latest styles, the Classic Petite Bondi watch – read all about it below!
Inspired by a real traveller called Daniel Wellington, Filip Tysander founded the brand to create simple, minimalist watches with interchangeable straps – just like the man himself wore. They’ve now been in business for 7 years, amassing over 4 million followers on Instagram alone!
I’m wearing a newer design from the Classic Petite range, the Bondi watch. All Daniel Wellington pieces are customisable, so I chose an eggshell-white 28mm face and rose gold detailing. The white leather strap is fully adjustable and interchangeable, and I love how it goes with everything. I’m also wearing a Classic cuff in matching rose gold. Cuffs are available in your choice of rose gold or silver, and small or large sizing. I’ve gone for the small version as I have tiny wrists, and it slips on via an open part on the opposite side to the engraving.
Daniel Wellington have been very generous in offering 15% off all purchases when you use the code MISSHH15 – this works even on top of other discounts and it’s valid until the end of August. Watches in the Classic Petite range start at $209NZD/$150USD, and cuffs are available for $89NZD/$60USD. Shipping is free to anywhere in the world, and all parcels are shipped via UPS which gives you tracking updates each step of the journey.
