I have become an instant fan of Hearts and Found since my first order last year after eyeing them up for some time! This Vietnamese-based brand creates the most beautiful vintage-inspired clothing that won’t break the bank. After reviewing the Madeline Sundress last month I am super excited to be sharing another Hearts and Found piece with you today, the Elizabeth dress.

The Elizabeth dress features a sweetheart neckline at the front which extends to adjustable straps at the back. The waist nips in and the skirt is very gathered which gives a super full skirt and a great silhouette with or without a petticoat. Like all Hearts and Found styles the Elizabeth dress is fully lined and has enourmous pockets that you can fit all the essentials in.

There are always so many amazing fabrics to choose from at Hearts and Found so it’s difficult to pick! This time I chose the Midnight Garden floral print (sadly no longer available) which features sweet yellow roses on a navy background. Yellow is my absolute favourite colour and so I had to bring this out in my accessories, but I know the navy background will make it so versatile in going from daytime to evening or through to winter. All Hearts and Found fabrics are 100% ethically sourced cotton, so you know you’re buying smart and supporting a small business at the same time.

I have ordered four dresses now from Hearts and Found and I have gone for a size XS each time. The size chart states the measurements as 32″-24″, which correspond to mine exactly. I can also confirm that the fit is very similar across the styles, which always brings peace of mind when ordering online. You can order with customised measurements if you choose, and Hearts and Found also give you a range of options for skirt lengths. I chose my usual Knee Length (Tall) length which measures 26″ and falls a couple of inches below my knees as I find this most flattering.

You can purchase the Elizabeth dress through the Hearts and Found Etsy store and it retails for about $82USD, which is so reasonable for such a quality piece. The Hearts and Found team only start sewing when you order and so it will take around 2 to 5 business days for your order to ship, but this also means that a custom size order will be the same price as the listed sizes. Marjorie is always so kind in letting you know how many people are in the queue ahead of you so you have an idea of when your order will be shipped. And international orders are welcome!
